Shipping Fees & Areas

For orders under AED 159, a shipping charge of AED 15 will apply throughout the UAE.

For orders of AED 159 and above: Enjoy complimentary shipping anywhere within the UAE.

Order Handling

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

3 to 5 business days

Please be aware: Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, peak periods, or promotional events.

Delays & Special Cases

Mehraya cannot be held accountable for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Address Accuracy

Make sure that your shipping address and phone number are correct when checking out.

Mehraya is not responsible for packages delivered to wrong addresses due to customer mistakes.

Proof of Delivery

Some shipments may require a signature, OTP, or photo verification.

If you are not available when delivery occurs, re-delivery attempts can be arranged directly with the courier.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order is received in a damaged state, contact us within 48 hours and provide:

Clear images of the packaging and product

Your order number

For items that are lost, we will help you file a claim or arrange a replacement.
